Orders are delivered via email in 1-10 business days of purchase with an average of 3-5 business days. Orders are worked in order of purchase. If I am waiting for a response from you I have the right to work on another client's order -
Do not rush me or constantly ask how your commission is going. If you need it rushed you will pay a rush fee. Remember that I am an elementary educator so I already work 40+ hours a week.

FAIL OF COMMUNICATION
If you fail to communicate entirely expect this to happen
1 week without response: I red flag your commission as MIA
2 weeks without response: I have the right to stop the commission entirely without refunds.
